It’s a new take on dinner & a movie! Join Moviehouse and ¡dpm! Sunday, November 13th for empanadas and a screening by Kinetic Cinema, featuring several short videos that explore the intersection of dance and film through the lens of guest curators that are artists themselves. A Q&A with filmmakers will follow.

CrestFest was a blast last Saturday! Sunny day, great music, lots of community love and a hardware store-full of quirky, incredible art. Luckily, we had a tent this year, so no baking in the sun.

We had fun hanging out with our neighbors, Jakada Juice & BiteMe Cheesecake. We’ll be honest, the best part of markets is meeting and sampling the tasty wares of other foodies. Like this mini meringue cheesecake by BiteMe. MUY rico.
Andy Lin’s self-portrait photo booth was – awesomely – set up right next to us, providing endless entertainment all afternoon.

¡dpm! is joining our fabulous friends the International Contemporary Ensemble on June 28 for their Summer Benefit Party at the Delancey. There will be exclusive ICE performances, dance music by DJ Phil Moffa & Performance Artist Du Yun, four open bars (!) and tasty food by…us! ICE is doing some pretty exciting stuff in new music these days – join us in supporting their fantastic work, and have fun while you’re at it. Benefit tickets here.
